Designed as a follow-up step after Pre-Prep Nail Dehydrator (but before base coat application), this powerful polish binder ensures maximum adhesion of the base coat to the nail's surface. A non-acid formula to help prevent damage to the nail plate, and has a concrete-like grip to give lakurs actual gel-like wear and prevents gels from lifting. Primes nails to give maximum surface grip that holds onto any base coat or polish applied afterwards. Helps prevent any damage to the nail plate. Extends the life of polish wear time, giving lakurs extended gel-like wear. May be used under regular or gel polish for pro-level adhesion.
